These terms cover myeverform.com and anything you order from it. Browsing or buying means you accept them. If you do not, please do not place an order.
Everform makes cremation urns and keepsakes in soft stone-white matte ceramic, produced to order and finished by hand in the United States. Most pieces can carry a name, dates, or words you choose.
You enter the text you want and see a preview before you pay. What you approve in that preview is what gets made, including spelling, spacing, and dates.
Production starts when the order is placed. From that point the lettering cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled, because the piece is already being made for one person and cannot be sold to anyone else. Please read your preview carefully.
If a finished piece does not match the preview you approved, that is our error and we replace or refund it. See our refund policy.
The name, dates, and text you give us remain yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to produce and ship your order, and nothing more. We do not use your inscription in marketing, and we do not show it to anyone outside production.
You confirm that you have the right to use the text you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The forms, lettering treatments, photography, and site design are Everform's. Buying a piece gives you the piece. It does not transfer the design, and it does not permit reproduction of our work.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken when you order. Checkout is handled by Shopify and accepts major cards and the digital wallets shown there.
Standard US shipping is free. Production takes up to 5 business days, and transit time depends on the method you choose at checkout. International delivery is available at the carrier's calculated rate, and any local duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Full detail is in our shipping policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.
We stand behind what we make. What we cannot accept is open-ended liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product, to the extent the law allows us to say so.
Where we are liable, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the item in question.
If these terms change we will update this page and the date shown at the top. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
