Two numbers matter here, and they are separate. Production is how long we take to make your piece. Transit is how long the carrier takes to bring it to you.
Add the two together for a realistic arrival window. If a service date is close, choose an express method at checkout rather than relying on the ground estimate.
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum, no handling fee, no conditions.
Faster methods are offered at checkout at the carrier's rate. You see the exact cost before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged.
Every order leaves from our facility in Massachusetts. Within the United States, standard shipping is free and express options are available at checkout.
We also ship internationally to a set of countries at the carrier's calculated rate, shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may owe local duties or taxes on arrival, and those are the recipient's responsibility.
When your piece is handed to the carrier you get an email with the tracking number. That email is the moment production finished and transit began.
Check your address before you pay. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and a corrected address means it has to come back to us first.
Memorial services are time-sensitive. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout so you can receive your order when you need it most.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving and the carrier cannot account for it, contact us and we will make it right. Damaged and defective pieces are covered in full under our refund policy, including a prepaid return label.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, or by an incorrect address provided at checkout, are outside our control. Contact us and we will help you trace the parcel with the carrier.
